Graham Kidd
Production Director, manages all aspects of project development, including monitoring quality, progress, budgets and delivery dates.
Thomas Holmes
Projects Director, has over 17 years' experience of working with sponsoring organisations and schools in the development of educational resources in all formats.
John Ockelford
Technical Director, has over 20 years of programming and system administration experience on a wide variety of systems. With knowledge of an extensive range of programming languages, John writes software for everything from database driven web applications, to interactive CD-ROMs. John is RFL's server and network manager.
Caroline Ing
Graphic Designer and Illustrator, skilled in character design. Caroline is experienced in working with a range of media including print, web, video and CD-ROM and works in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark Express and Flash.
Guy Blanchfield
Senior Website Developer, has expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Guy is proficient in Flash and is well-versed in web standards and accessibility.
Warren Lee
3D Modeller and Website Developer, specialises in a variety of fields particularly 3D design, modelling and animation. Warren also has comprehensive experience in both Flash and Director.
