Resources For Learning

How do we work?

Client briefing

To determine the client's reasons for producing resource materials, the target age group, the messages to be conveyed etc. Also to establish budget ceiling.

Research

To identify suitable areas within the National Curriculum (or appropriate examination syllabi) to which resources can be targeted.

Teacher interviews

To identify areas in which teachers would welcome a practical input from industry or commerce.

Resource proposal

Resource structure and initial costings would be forwarded to client for discussion and agreement.

Resource production

Using Resources For Learning's own in-house team and consultants drawn from an extensive database of teacher contacts.

Evaluation

Once resources are near completion, they are tested in the classroom by working teachers in appropriate subject areas. Endorsement is also sought from LEA advisors and leading educationalists.

Production

Resources For Learning can undertake all aspects of production.
